Following a strong 2023/24 campaign when he captained Brentford B, Adedokun joined Hungarian top-flight side Diósgyőri VTK on loan in September.
He returned to west London at the start of the calendar year and will now continue his development with Michael Flynn's side.
Speaking on the move, B team head coach Neil MacFarlane said: "Val won player of the season for us last year and he’s been an amazing servant for the B team.
"He had a spell in Hungary, and now he's come back to English football and got a really good loan move with Cheltenham Town.
“Val has got some amazing attributes - he's a really athletic player and, hopefully, he can add assists at the top end of the pitch whilst still maintaining that defensive mindset as he goes the other way.
“I believe he’ll be a really good addition to Cheltenham’s team.”
Cheltenham sit 13th in the League Two table, with eight wins, seven draws and nine losses from their 24 outings in the fourth tier so far this season.
The Robins, who saw their scheduled home game against Walsall postponed due to a frozen pitch last weekend, return to action on Saturday afternoon away at AFC Wimbledon.
