According to a report from L’Équipe journalist Tanzi Loïc, AC Milan have reached an agreement with Chelsea for João Felix (25) for the player to join on loan.
The Portuguese attacking midfielder had been a target for the Serie A side on the final day of the transfer window. The club had been confident that they would be able to negotiate an agreement with their West London counterparts.
Felix only arrived at Chelsea on a permanent deal over the summer when he signed a seven-year contract from Atlético de Madrid. The London side were reported to have paid around €52 million for the player. This move would be Felix’s second stint in West London as he had previously played for the club on a six-month loan in 2023.
However, he has struggled for game time since making the move and has featured mostly during cup competitions with league minutes far more limited.
