Anderlecht’s former Barcelona defender attracting strong interest from Nottingham Forest after impressive season | OneFootball

Moussa N’Diaye has been in impressive form for Anderlecht this season. The 22-year-old Senegalese left-back has played 25 games across all competitions, with one goal and one assist. After managing just 16 last year due to injuries and not being a sure starter, the defender looks to have turned the corner this season. According to Het Nieuwsblad, his performances have not gone unnoticed. Nottingham Forest, the team of the season so far in the Premier League, are in discussions with Anderlecht over a transfer of the former Barcelona man. Given his contract runs until 2027, Anderlecht will be able to demand a reasonably decent transfer fee for the left-back.

N’Diaye has become a mainstay in a defence that is the joint best in the Belgian Pro League. So far this season the side have conceded just 18 goals in 20 matches. He joined the club from Barcelona back in the summer of 2022. Since then he has played 66 games for the Mauves, scoring twice.
