Roma manager Claudio Ranieri shared his views on Roma’s performance in their win over Fiorentina.

The manager was asked about whether he will be following the match between Bologna and Juventus, a crucial showdown between two competitors for 4th place.

“I’m going to dinner. I won’t watch it, maybe I’ll record it. I don’t have to play with Juventus or Bologna, so it’s not necessary for me to see it,” said the coach jokingly.

“Fiorentina is a great team with very technical players, they made us spin our wheels. It was important to score at the end of the first half, so we could manage the energy of the players going into the second half.”

“It wasn’t easy to manage the result, Fiorentina is a great team. We were good, decisive and determined. These are the games I like the most.”

“Soule is a special player. He suffered in the first half of the season but now we count on him to make the difference,” said Ranieri.
