Supporters of Barcelona have on Saturday evening moved to highlight what they feel was a major injustice stemming from the club’s meeting with Getafe.
Barca, of course, were back in action a short time ago.
Brimming with confidence fresh off a quartet of successive victories across all competitions, Hansi Flick’s troops made the trip to the Estadio Coliseum, for a La Liga meeting with Getafe.
When all was said and done, however, the Blaugrana were brought firmly back down to earth, owing to a 1-1 stalemate.
After Jules Koundé opened the scoring inside the ten-minute mark, Mauro Arambarri struck a decisive equaliser for Getafe late in the first-half.
And yet, as alluded to above, post-match, many of a Barcelona persuasion have been left with a feeling of utter injustice.
This comes owing to another moment involving goalscorer Koundé.
Late in the action in Madrid, defender Koundé was wrestled to ground inside the Getafe penalty area, in what, by the rules of the game, looked a clear-cut penalty.
After a VAR check, however, a spot-kick was waved off.
And as much has since given rise to a swift backlash online, as the Blaugrana faithful move to highlight a strikingly similar incident from earlier in the campaign.
The incident in question also came in a fixture involving Getafe, but culminated in Real Madrid being awarded a penalty for a foul on Antonio Rüdiger:
