Ancelotti was announced as the new head coach of Brazil on Monday. He will officially begin work in the role from May 26 onwards once the LaLiga season with Real Madrid is over, and will lead the team into the 2026 World Cup.
His first tests will come in World Cup qualifiers against Ecuador and Paraguay on June 6 and June 11 respectively, with his first squad expected to be announced by the end of May.
