AC Milan will be up against their city rivals Inter this evening and according to a report, Conceicao will make three changes to his starting eleven. Hakan Calhanoglu, meanwhile, has seemingly recovered in time.
With Youssouf Fofana suspended, Alvaro Morata on his way to Galatasaray and Matteo Gabbia not in top condition, Conceicao has been forced to a few changes. Kyle Walker will make his debut on the right, replacing Gabbia, while Fikayo Tomori will move to the centre again.
In midfield, Yunus Musah will get another chance to prove himself – after the disaster mid-week – and Ismael Bennacer will take the role of Fofana. Up front, Tammy Abraham will be the starting striker as Santiago Gimenez will be watching on from the stands.
As for Inter, Hakan Calhanoglu was a major doubt for this game and he’s still not certain to start, but Gazzetta dello Sport (see photo below) have him from the first minute. The battle is 55-45% against Kristjan Asllani, though, so things could definitely change before kick-off.
Predicted Milan XI (4-3-3): Maignan; Walker, Tomori, Pavlovic, Hernandez; Musah, Bennacer, Reijnders; Pulisic, Abraham, Leao.
Predicted Inter XI (3-5-2): Sommer; Pavard, de Vrij, Bastoni; Dumfries, Barella, Calhanoglu/Asllani, Mkhitaryan; Thuram, Lautaro Martinez.
