Juventus are planning to rebuild the team next season, but Italian media notes that the Bianconeri will be forced to pay €65.2m for players already on the team and permanent transfers.

Juventus are fighting for a Champions League placement, and a win in the season’s final game against Venezia will allow the Bianconeri to secure a top-four finish.

Champions League revenues would naturally allow the club to have a bigger summer transfer budget, but a big slice of it would have to be invested in players already on the team.

As TMW and Corriere dello Sport reported, Juventus already know they’ll have to pay €13m each for Teun Koopmeiners and Douglas Luiz. Seven million for Khephren Thuram, €4.2m for Juan Cabal, €9.3m for Nico Gonzalez, €4.8m for Michele Di Gregorio, €5.7m for Lloyd Kelly and €3.4m for Alberto Costa.

All these players have already completed permanent moves to Turin, but the payments for their purchases will be made in multiple instalments over the years.

Furthermore, Juventus seem eager to make Pierre Kalulu’s move permanent at the end of the season, adding a further €14m fee, raising the total tally to €65.2m.
