Juventus were the third-highest spender in Serie A in the 2025 January transfer window, welcoming four new players, including PSG loanee Randal Kolo Muani, who has already scored three goals in his opening two appearances.
Juventus invested €25.2m in new signings. Alberto Costa joined the Bianconeri on a permanent transfer from Vitoria Guimaraes, Lloyd Kelly completed an initial loan move with an obligation to buy from Newcastle, and Kolo Muani and Renato Veiga joined Juventus on loan until the end of the season.

Kolo Muani immediately became a starter in Turin, pushing Dusan Vlahovic to the bench. The Bianconeri were ready to listen to offers for the Serbian striker in January, and will be doing the same in the summer when Vlahovic will have just 12 months left in his contract at the Allianz Stadium.
Reports in Italy suggest Juventus are already considering options to keep Kolo Muani beyond the summer, although Victor Osimhen is also a target for the summer.
Even if Kolo Muani and Vlahovic played together in the second half of a 4-1 win over Empoli in the latest Serie A round, it’s safe to say that the Bianconeri are already preparing for life after Vlahovic.
The other January deals aimed to strengthen the defence, especially after injuries to Gleison Bremer and Juan Cabal in the first part of the season. Danilo terminated his contract and joined Flamengo on a free transfer, while Pierre Kalulu sustained a muscle injury that will keep him sidelined for almost a month.
This forced Juventus to sign three players to boost Motta’s options in defence: Alberto Costa, Renato Veiga and Kelly.
Lastly, Juventus sent Nicolò Fagioli on loan to Fiorentina; the deal includes an obligation to buy for the Tuscans.
