Coote allegedly says that Liverpool are 's***' in the video, along with calling Jurgen Klopp a 'German c***'. Another man in the video declares that 'we hate Scousers'.
Coote has had plenty of run-ins with Liverpool over the years, having overseen a series of shocking decisions against the Reds. There has long been a suspicion of some sort of agenda on his part - and this video, if real, vindicates a lot of fans' feelings.
