Napoli winger Khvicha Kvaratskhelia could be on the move this year, with the 23-year-old Georgian attracting interest from top clubs after deciding not to extend his contract, which runs until 2027.
TalkSPORT recently reported that Manchester United’s interest in Kvaratskhelia is growing, with Liverpool also monitoring the situation. His standout performances for Napoli have caught the eye of several Premier League teams.
In addition, discussions have taken place between Manchester United and Napoli over Marcus Rashford’s future, with Kvaratskhelia emerging as a potential replacement and a key target for the Red Devils.
Meanwhile, journalist Gianluca Di Marzio has revealed that PSG and Napoli are set to meet next week to finalize the transfer, with rumors suggesting a verbal agreement is already in place.
PSG are reportedly prepared to offer between €70 million and €75 million or propose a deal that involves a loan for Milan Škriniar, with Napoli covering his full wages.

In his column for GIVE ME SPORT, transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reports that PSG are the only club currently in active negotiations with the player and Napoli. The Ligue 1 side have made significant progress recently and are working to reach an agreement.
Napoli’s initial asking price was around €80 million, but PSG believe they can secure the player for a lower fee and are eager to complete the deal as soon as possible. Timing is crucial, as PSG want to prevent other clubs from entering the race and potentially hijacking the move, with Kvaratskhelia being the top target for director Luis Campos and manager Luis Enrique.
Although Manchester United have been linked with a swap deal involving Marcus Rashford for Kvaratskhelia, no talks have taken place, and this scenario is not considered realistic. Napoli are exploring other options, but they have no plan to pursue Rashford.
Meanwhile, Chelsea are aware of the situation, but no concrete negotiations are underway. Similarly, Liverpool is monitoring the transfer case. However, they have yet to submit proposals or approach Napoli or the player’s agent.
Premier League clubs are all aware that PSG are pushing hard to finalize the deal once Kvaratskhelia gives the green light on the contract.
