Lloyd Kelly arrived in Turin on Sunday.

Then later on Sunday, Lloyd Kelly shown going through his medical (also see below).
The media in Italy have said that the formal announcement of the Lloyd Kelly move to Juventus is expected within hours.
Across the English media, a loan with an obligation to buy in the summer for £20m, has been widely reported as the terms.
However, Italian journalist Alfred Pedulla says that he has the inside track on the deal and has given a breakdown of the payment terms.
Alfred Pedulla states that in total, Newcastle United could be set to receive €22m (approx £18.3m).
The Italian journalist saying this is broken down as follows:
€3m (approx £2.5m) payment for the initial loan
€14m (approx £11.65m) payment that is set to be triggered in the summer so long as ‘fairly simple conditions’ are met
€5m (approx £4.15m) future add-ons, with Pedulla saying some of the future add-on payments should be easily triggered, other future potential payments within the €5m not so easily triggered
The main payment sounds as though it is a very similar arrangement to when Lewis Hall came on loan in summer 2023 and then a payment of £28m for a permanent deal to be triggered in summer 2024, if certain simple conditions were met. Some of the media at the time claimed that Newcastle United not getting relegated in that 2023/24 season was the simple trigger to make the deal permanent.
Alfredo Pedulla says that there is also a future sell-on clause of around 10-15%, if Juventus sell Lloyd Kelly in the future.
The Mag report – 2 February 2025:
Lloyd Kelly is now in Turin.
There had been ongoing claims this month that a transfer to Juventus could be on.
Now it is actually happening.
Agreement reached between Newcastle United and Juvenus.
With actually some reporting from certain Italian journalists, claiming that it is a done deal.
Sky Sports stating (see below) that it is an initial loan but with an obligation to buy at a figure of £20m.
A fair few English/British players have headed to Serie A in recent times, especially defenders. The likes of Kyle Walker, Fikayo Tomori and Chris Smalling, as well as striker Tammy Abraham and midfielder Scott McTominay.
Now Lloyd Kelly set to follow them.
