Manchester United have set their sights firmly on Kenan Yildiz for next season, claim reports in Germany, but he has no intention of leaving Juventus.

Florian Plettenburg and Sky Sports Deutschland maintain that Manchester United put him top of their wish list for the attacking midfield.

However, the same report acknowledges this is destined to failure, because Juventus and Kenan Yildiz are eager to keep going together after he signed a new contract to June 2029.

The Turkey international is a product of the Bayern Munich youth academy and joined the Bianconeri as a free agent in the summer of 2022.

He quickly worked his way through the Juventus youth levels to become not just part of the senior squad, but the holder of the iconic Number 10 jersey.

This shows just how much the Old Lady believe Kenan Yildiz will be the future of the club and expect him to remain for many years.

It is an idea shared by the 19-year-old, whose hero is Juve icon Alessandro Del Piero, going so far as to copy his tongue out goal celebration.

Kenan Yildiz scored four goals and contributed three assists in 19 competitive games so far this season.
