On Wednesday, Real Madrid will have a chance to lift their second trophy of the 2024/25 season when they lock horns with CF Pachuca in the FIFA Intercontinental Cup Final at the Lusail Stadium in Qatar.
Having already bagged the UEFA Super Cup at the start of the season, Los Blancos will be eager to take home another trophy with a victory against the Mexican outfit.
As Real Madrid prepare to take off for Qatar, they have released the squad list of players who will be at manager Carlo Ancelotti’s disposal for the contest on Wednesday.
Kylian Mbappe, who is currently out with a thigh injury, has been included in the squad, with there being hope that he can return in time for the game after he trained on the pitch today.
The defensive trio of Dani Carvajal, David Alaba, and Eder Militao are absent, although they are expected to travel to Qatar with the rest of the team.
Meanwhile, there is a large contingent of youth players named in the squad as Ancelotti has called up Fran Gonzalez, Lorenzo Aguado, Raul Asencio, Youssef Lekhedim, Gonzalo Garcia, and Victor Munoz for the trip.
