Tottenham Hotspur had half-time substitute Dejan Kulusevski to thank for leaving Glasgow with a point following Thursday night's 1-1 draw with Rangers in the Europa League.

Ange Postecoglou has come under pressure in recent weeks amid poor results this season and fan displeasure, and this marked a fifth consecutive game without a win acoss all competitions.

Spurs enjoyed the lion's share of the ball, but Rangers took the lead through Hamza Igamane inside the penalty area early in the second half. The Scottish Premiership side were also guilty of missing other big chances and will consider this an opportunity missed.

The English visitors actually outperformed their xG (0.87), getting back on level terms when Kulusevski struck low from the edge of the box with 15 minutes to go.

The two sides remain level on points with identical record (three wins, two draws, one loss) after six out of eight games in the league phase of the competition. Rangers sit eighth in the table, in the last of the automatic last 16 berths, marginally ahead of Spurs on goal difference.
