The latest gem to shine brightly in this constellation is 18-year-old Lamini Fati, who has quickly made a name for himself since joining La Fabrica in December.

Fati makes an impression in youth leagues

Fati, a left-footed centre-back with impressive aerial prowess, was signed by Real Madrid this year for a fee close to his €100,000 release clause.

This move last December was strategic, ensuring Madrid secured Fati’s services before other clubs could make a play, following Leganes’ previous resistance to Valencia’s interest last summer.

His transition from Leganes to Real Madrid has been swift, with the young defender already making his mark in Arbeloa’s Juvenil A team, reports AS.

Since debuting on January 18, Lamini has featured in three matches, showcasing his potential and physical dominance on the pitch. He has particularly impressed with his superiority in aerial duels.

Real Madrid’s plan with Fati

The report adds that Fati’s integration into the team has been accelerated, with Real Madrid keen to nurture his talent without delay.

The plan is for Fati to transition from Juvenil A to Real Madrid C, competing in the Segunda RFEF, sooner rather than later.

While Fati isn’t expected to join the senior team in the immediate future, his rapid rise through the ranks is indeed an encouraging sign for Real Madrid.
