Real Madrid are reportedly ready to turn a new leaf as Xabi Alonso appears to be the manager they will hire to replace Carlo Ancelotti. Moreover, it means that the Spanish could have roster turnover so that the squad fits Alonso’s vision.

As a result, players who were key in the Spanish side winning two UEFA Champions League trophies could be on the way out for the right price.

Since Los Blancos need to strengthen their backline and midfield, bringing in extra funds by offloading a player Xabi Alonso may not count on would be ideal. One player whose name is consistently growing louder is Rodrygo.

How much does Real Madrid want for Rodrygo?

Fichajes reports that Real Madrid have opened the door to selling Rodrygo Goes this summer—but only if a club is willing to meet their €100 million asking price.

With a transitional offseason underway at the Bernabéu, the club reportedly view the Brazilian forward’s potential departure as a way to fund key reinforcements. That possibility has already drawn reported interest from top European clubs, including Liverpool, Manchester City, and PSG.

Rodrygo remains under contract through 2028, but his skill set continues to capture the attention of Premier League clubs. Pep Guardiola reportedly sees him as a strong fit for Manchester City’s system, while Liverpool could make a move if players like Luis Díaz or Darwin Núñez end up leaving.

PSG are also said to be monitoring the situation closely, hoping for an opening to bring the Brazilian to Paris. The final decision could ultimately rest with Alonso once the reported soon-to-be Real Madrid manager takes over.
