Real Madrid star Vinícius Jr. has this week added to his silverware cabinet once more.
This comes amid confirmation that the Brazilian international has secured for himself the prize of Ibero-American Player of the Year for 2024.
The last couple of weeks have of course proven to be of an altogether fruitful nature for wide-man Vinícius.
Adding to Real Madrid’s collective triumph at the Intercontinental Cup, the 24-year-old was named both FIFA’s ‘The Best’ player, and Globe Soccer Awards Player of the Year.
Such accolades have been warmly received on Vinícius’ part, following the heavy blow of his 2nd-placed finish in the voting for this year’s Ballon d’Or.
In turn, the Brazilian’s fans from across the globe will no doubt be overjoyed to hear of ‘Vini’, early this week, bagging yet another individual prize.
As per a statement on the part of the EFE across social media, the attacker has been named Ibero-American Player of the Year for 2024.
This marks the third time in succession on which Vinícius has claimed the award.
