Real Madrid star Vinícius Jr’s agents hold talks with rival European club | OneFootball

The representatives of Real Madrid star Vinícius Jr. have held informal discussions with another of the continent’s leading clubs, over a potential future transfer.

That’s according to Sky transfer insider Sacha Tavolieri, who points towards Paris Saint-Germain as the club in question.

The subject of Vinícius’ future in Spain’s capital has of course returned to the forefront of the headlines over the course of the last week.

This comes after word was forthcoming that the Brazilian had rejected a contract renewal offer on the part of the Real Madrid brass.

Further negotiations between the parties are expected over the coming months, with confidence remaining high that an agreement will ultimately be struck.

As alluded to above, though, waiting in the wings in the case of as much not coming to fruition are French champions PSG.

As per a report from Sky:

‘Under contract until June 2027, the close advisors of the player have already had informal discussions with Paris Saint-Germain, who are closely monitoring the situation and could take action if Vinícius never receives the financial proposal he expects from Real Madrid.’
