Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic reportedly received death threat before becoming involved in a ‘row’ with supporters at the end of the club’s recent 2-2 draw with Venezia in Serie A, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.
Vlahovic became involved in a heated confrontation with a number of supporters in the stands of the Allianz Stadium on Saturday, despite scoring his injury-time penalty to rescue a point for the Bianconeri.
The Serbia international then issued a statement on Instagram, imploring supporters to stick together and stand united in their support of the team.
“I understand the frustration for the latest results, and you have all the rights to express it,” the striker wrote.
“I’ve always respected you by giving my all for the shirt, and I thank you for the support you support us daily. Now it’s important to stick together to support the team and start again, united.”

According to reports from La Gazzetta dello Sport on Monday, there were ‘insults and death threats’ from the Curva Sud at the end of the game, which is likely why Vlahovic reacted so strongly.
According to updates from Calciomercato.com, the incident is now being investigated by police, using CCTV footage from the stadium to identify any potential perpetrators.
