Serie A giants Roma are now making progress in their move for Empoli defender Saba Goglichidze.
The Georgian has impressed this season for Empoli and this has seen him get linked with the likes of Milan and Juventus.

Roma had made an attempt for him earlier and Gianluca di Marzio has revealed that the parties are now in advanced talks.
The Giallorossi want to beat competition and have intensified contact with the Serie A side for the move. They want to close the deal quickly, so that no other clubs enter the race.
The move is close to completion and it will be based on an initial loan deal with the obligation to buy in the summer for a fee of €10 million. The expectation was that key work in the move will be carried out after the Napoli game, which has ended 1-1, thanks to Angelino’s late goal for Claudio Ranieri’s side.
