Napoli, meanwhile, have played three games in the Coppa Italia, and none in any UEFA competition or the Super Cup, which means that the Nerazzurri have played 15 matches more.

With roughly 90 minutes per game, multiplied by the 11 players on the pitch, multiplied by the 15-game difference between the two teams this season, that brings a total of 14.850, which is where the rough figure of a 15,000 minute difference comes from.

Of the Inter and Napoli squads, no player has been used more than Nerazzurri goalkeeper Yann Sommer with 3,870 minutes played this season.

Of the outfield players, Alessandro Bastoni tops the charts with 3,455 minutes played, closely followed by Lautaro Martinez on 3,355, then Nicolo Barella on 3,242, then Henrikh Mkhitaryan on 3,200, Marcus Thuram on 3,004.
