Italy head coach Luciano Spalletti is considering a last minute addition in light of Mattia Zaccagni’s injury.
Spalletti spoke at the end of the stinging 2-1 defeat against Germany, which puts the Azzurri in trouble ahead of the return match, scheduled for March 23.

“We will have to evaluate the physical conditions, of Politano and Zaccagni above all, and we will evaluate how to proceed for the return leg in Germany,” he told reporters after the match.
“If Zaccagni were not to make it, someone like Baldanzi or a winger could come in. We will see what the best option is,” he added.
