Team news: Daniel Farke names XI to face Blackburn Rovers | OneFootball

Leeds United take on Blackburn Rovers in our first game of 2025 this afternoon in the Sky Bet Championship.

Daniel Farke has made four changes to the line-up following our 1-0 win over Derby County at the weekend, with Joe Rothwell, Joel Piroe, Dan James and Manor Solomon all making the starting XI.

Illan Meslier is in goal for the match, with captain Pascal Struijk and Joe Rodon joined by Jayden Bogle and Sam Byram in our defence.

Rothwell links up with Ao Tanaka in the midfield, whilst Brenden Aaronson is alongside James, Solomon and Piroe in the Leeds United attack.

Our substitutes bench features goalkeeper Karl Darlow, alongside Ethan Ampadu, Willy Gnonto, Largie Ramazani, Patrick Bamford, Mateo Joseph, Josuha Guilavogui, Isaac Schmidt and Max Wober.
