As most of you are aware, in the win over Southampton on Sunday evening, skipper Heung-Min Son went level, then above, Darren Anderton to become Tottenham Hotspur's all time record assist maker in the Premier League, with 68 - despite just playing the first 45 minutes of the game. Great achievement for a great player.

So, let's take a look at every player he has assisted, and how many times each - to see how he got to this milestone.

It will come as a shock to absolutely nobody that Harry Kane is top on the list, with 23. With Kane returning the favour 24 times, they are, by far - the most prolific duo in Premier League history. Next on the list is also not a surprise, as Dele comes in at seven goals from Son passes.

Next up are two players who have played with Son for just 18 months - James Maddison and Brennan Johnson, who have both profited four times. Next are Lucas and Gareth Bale, who are both on three. The latter only played with the captain for one season - in a season where he only clocked 923 Premier League minutes.

Then, there are four players with two each. Christian Eriksen, Toby Alderweireld, Dejan Kulusevski, and Richarlison. Feels a bit surprising that the former is only on two, although his game felt more playmaking than goalscoring.

To finish, there are 13 players who have all been assisted by Son exactly one time. From the current squad, this includes; Pedro Porro, Timo Werner, Micky van de Ven, Pape Matar Sarr, Destiny Udogie, and Ben Davies - as well as loanee Alejo Veliz.

To have assisted both Walker (West Ham United at home, 15/16), and someone like Veliz (Brighton and Hove Albion away, last season), really does show the longevity of Son at the club. With Kane too far in front in terms of goals, it is nice that Son can be top of the assist leaderboard, and have that to show for all of his hard work and loyalty to Spurs over the past decade.

Here is to many more assists in the Premier League.
