Fikayo Tomori is expected to start at centre-back for Milan in their Supercoppa Italiana semi-final against Juventus on Friday evening, even though his Rossoneri future was under massive doubt just a few days ago.
According to reports from La Gazzetta dello Sport and Calciomercato.com, Tomori is in line to start at centre-back alongside Malick Thiaw against Juventus on Friday. That would mean Matteo Gabbia dropping to the bench.

Tomori was tried out as the starting centre-back during Milan’s training session in Riyadh on Thursday, which was also attended by technical director Geoffrey Moncada and advisor to the board Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
Tomori is still one of the names that the Rossoneri could look to move on in the January transfer window in order to raise funds for new arrivals, however, a starting opportunity against Juventus gives the former Chelsea defender an opportunity to prove himself to the new coach Sergio Conceicao.
Though a move away from Milan is currently on standby, Calciomercato.com report that Tomori is valued somewhere in the region of €25m.
