Manchester United have joined a host of Premier League clubs keeping tabs on how Tyler Dibling fares in his maiden top-flight season.
According to CaughtOffside, the Red Devils and Chelsea have recently added themselves to the race for the sought-after starlet’s signature, with Tottenham Hotspur, Aston Villa, Newcastle United and West Ham also in the mix.
Southampton, understandably, are overtly reluctant to sanction Dibling’s exit in the coming years. He has progressed through their academy and transitioned seamlessly into the first-team – even amidst their tumultuous return to the top flight this season.
They may grow resigned to losing him the longer their troubles continue, though. The Saints sit rock-bottom of the division on five points, eight away from safety, having claimed only one win from their opening 15 matches while sustaining 12 defeats.

Dibling, hailed as a ‘brilliant’ and ‘special’ talent by his manager Russell Martin, is contracted to St. Mary’s until 2026. After initially being used as an off-the-bench impact substitute in the first few matches of the campaign, he then cemented a place in the XI and has accumulated nine starts in total.
He bagged his first-ever senior goal in a 1-1 draw with Ipswich Town back in September – a match in which he also won eight duels, completed three out of his four dribbles attempted, won two tackles and created one big chance, as per StatmanDave.
Should Southampton fail in their uphill battle to remain a Premier League side come the end of May, the 18-year-old may well push for a move, given the lengthy list of admirers he’s garnered in recent months. Dibling is believed to be valued at around £20.6 million, which may turn out to be a shrewd piece of business if his career continues on its upward trajectory.
