Swansea City were held up by Pontypridd Town until the last quarter of the game, Katie Hosford broke the deadlock and Chloe Tilley added a second with eight minutes left.

A Phoebie Poole first-half brace gave Cardiff City FC Women the win at Aberystwyth, to keep them right on the heels of the Swans, albeit from a game more.

Port Talbot kept out Cardiff Met until both Laura-May Walkley and Elianna Chavez netted right at the end of the first 45. Emily Allen then made it 3-0 to the third-placed Archers in the last 20 minutes.

Barry Town United got off the bottom with victory away to The New Saints, who now occupy last place. Manon Pearce’s opener was cancelled out by a Lexie Harrison penalty but Mackenzie Olden and Sian Rees both found the net in the last quarter of an hour or so.

Adran North leaders Bethel went three points clear when inflicting a hefty defeat upon Denbigh. Pwllheli had a fine 5-0 away win at second-placed Llandudno and Wrexham took the points at Llanfair where Rebecca Pritchard scored one and made another.
