Agents of Ecuador international in Brazil for negotiations with Flamengo

After finally tying Paulo Sousa down, Flamengo can now make bringing in reinforcements their top priority.

The Rubro-Negro have yet to make a move in the transfer window but according to journalist Alvaro Cruz Santibáñes, they are meeting with the representatives of an Ecuadorian international.

The agents of Pumas striker Washington Corozo are in Rio de Janeiro to listen to a proposal from Flamengo.

Corozo, who is on loan from Peruvian giants Sporting Cristal until summer 2022, bagged five goals in 18 appearances last season, including twice in the Liga MX play-offs.

The 23-year-old has also attracted interest from clubs in Serie A (ITA), Ligue 1 (FRA) and LaLiga (ESP).
