The FA Cup third round continues with eight more ties on Sunday.
Hereâs what went down on an historic day of action.
In what was a close first half the best moment came late on when Newport goalkeeper Tom King did this.
But in the dying moments, the Premier League side eventually took the lead through Solly March.
Astonishingly though, the game wasnât over as Aaron Webster put one in his own net in the 94th minute to take the match into extra time.
The game went into extra time and after plenty of missed opportunities, Brighton won to make it through to the fourth round.
Eighth division Marine went close to taking the lead with a remarkable goal when trainee plumber Neil Kengniâs strike from distance beat Joe Hart and rattled the crossbar!
But Tottenham finally broke the deadlock in the 23rd minute, when Dele Alliâs cross was scrambled home by Carlos Vinicius at the back post.
Five minutes later, Vinicius was on hand to tap home again from close range for 2-0.
In the 32nd minute it was 3-0 thanks to a super free-kick from Lucas Moura.
Vinicius then completed his hat-trick to make it 4-0 with 37 minutes on the clock.
16-year-old Alfie Devine became Spursâ youngest ever player when he came on at half-time, and he soon became the clubâs youngest ever goalscorer when he made it 5-0 on the hour mark.
Goals from MichaĆ Helik and Cauley Woodrow were enough for Barnsley to see off Tranmere.
Famara Diedhiou opened the scoring for Bristol City after 19 minutes at Ashton Gate.
But Callum Johnson equalised for Pompey in first half stoppage time.
Chris Martin put the hosts back in front in the 83rd minute, however, and it proved to be the winner.
Mason Mount gave Chelsea the lead with a strike from distance after 18 minutes at Stamford Bridge.
And the Blues went 2-0 up just before half-time courtesy of Timo Werner.
Callum Hudson-Odoi then made it 3-0 four minutes into the second half.

Kai Havertz then got in on the act to make it 4-0 five minutes from time.
Stephen McLaughlin put Mansfield in front after just three minutes at the Jonny-Rocks Stadium.
But Alfie May equalised for Cheltenham in the 73rd minute, and the tie went to extra-time.
And a goal from Will Boyle in the 110th minute eventually clinched it for the home side.
Nick Tsaroulla gave League Two Crawley the lead five minutes into the second half.
And three minutes later it was 2-0 thanks to Ashley Nadesan.
Crawley were in dreamland when Jordan Tunnicliffe made it 3-0 in the 70th minute.
Stunning.
Manchester City took the lead in the 8th minute when Bernardo Silva crashed home a superb strike on the half volley.
In the 15th minute, Silva tapped in his second of the game and his second of the season to make it 2-0.
Phil Foden then made it 3-0 after 33 minutes when he found the bottom corner from outside the box.
Riyad Mahrez had the ball in the net after 60 minutes, but his goal was disallowed for offside.
