Inter coach Simone Inzaghi is starting to think about his starting eleven to face Leverkusen this week.

Naturally, the Nerazzurri coach will make a few changes.

Squad rotation will be key at this busy period in the fixture list.

But at the same time, Inzaghi will be mindful not to chop and change his team too much.

And according to the Gazzetta, the Inter coach will make one change in attack on Tuesday.

Taremi & Lautaro To Lead The Line For Inter Vs Bayer Leverkusen

The Gazzetta report that Iranian international Taremi will come into the Inter starting eleven on Tuesday.

The 32-year-old had been an unused substitute in Inter’s Serie A win over Parma on Friday.

On the other hand, Taremi had previously started for the Nerazzurri in the Champions League against RB Leipzig.

In fact, the former Porto striker has been a fixture in the Inter lineup in Europe. He has started all of their Champions League matches to date, including marquee outings against Manchester City and Arsenal.

And once again this week, Inzaghi will entrust the Iranian with the starting role against Leverkusen.

However, the Gazzetta report, Inter captain Martinez will remain in the team.

That means that Marcus Thuram drops to the bench. And Marko Arnautovic and Joaquin Correa will also have to settle for spots on the bench.
