Ayyoub Bouaddi is the latest prodigy to come out of the Lille club. He made his senior team debut in 2021 and has been climbing up the ladders pretty well. He has already established himself as a mainstay in the lineup, proving his immense talent.

Bouaddi has featured in 15 games in the ongoing campaign so far and has assisted one goal. He is averaging 0.5 tackles, 1.1 interceptions, and 0.4 clearances per game (stats via whoscored).
The French midfielder is better known for his defensive traits. Playing as a defensive midfielder, he provides his physicality, long reach and ball-winning abilities. He is also a smart passer of the ball and often sends line-breaking passes in the final third.
Ayyoub Bouaddi is already hitting the ground and hence, many major European clubs are showing interest in him. One of the clubs that has been linked to the player in recent months has been Arsenal as they are looking to strengthen their midfield unit.
Bouaddi could be a really good addition given his profile and talent. He can be a long-term investment and a star in the making should he continue to develop his game. Moreover, he is likely to fit in well in Mikel Arteta‘s play of style.
While Lille might prefer holding onto their hot property, little they will be able to do if Arsenal presents a lucrative offer. Though the Gunners will face competition from some notable clubs, they have the winning project and financial muscle to pull off the signing. The 17-year-old should fancy a move to Arsenal too as it will allow him to take his career to a new level.
