Raphinha has been one of the standout performers for FC Barcelona this season, excelling under Hansi Flick’s tutelage.

The Brazilian international, who recently turned 28 years old, has already been involved in 27 goals this season, netting 17 and assisting ten more from just 24 matches in all competitions.

His superlative form has not gone unnoticed, with several top clubs from England sniffing around.

Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester City interested

Indeed, according to reports in England as relayed by Mundo Deportivo, Arsenal, Liverpool, and Manchester City have all shown an interest in acquiring Raphinha’s services from Barcelona.

The Premier League outfits know the 28-year-old very well from his time at Leeds United and Arsenal had even made an attempt to sign him in the same summer when he arrived at Barça.

It appears that the Gunners have rekindled their interest, with the report suggesting that Mikel Arteta’s side have made enquiries with intermediaries about Raphinha, along with Liverpool and Manchester City.

Exit ruled out

While there may be significant interest in Raphinha, Barcelona have no intentions of offloading one of their best and most critical players this season under Flick.

The 28-year-old has been thriving on the pitch forming a deadly attacking trident with Robert Lewandowski and Lamine Yamal.

At the same time, he has also been leading by example as the team captain given that Marc-Andre ter Stegen and Ronald Araujo have been out injured and Frenkie de Jong is no longer a starter.

As such, Barça have zero intentions of offloading Raphinha at this point, while the player himself, who has a contract at the club running until 2027, has no desire to leave.
