AS Monaco confirmed Wissam Ben Yedder’s (33) deaprture on Saturday. After four years with Les Monégasques, the club captain will depart at the end of his contract. A list of replacements is being drawn up, a list that includes Chelsea striker Armando Broja (22), according to L’Équipe.

As previously reported by Foot Mercato and RMC Sport, Monaco are in discussions with FC Metz’s Georges Mikautadze (23), however, L’Équipe understand that the Principality club face domestic competition, as well as competition from teams abroad. RB Salzburg’s Karim Konaté (20) is another target for Monaco after scoring 22 goals in 38 games for the Austrian club this season. The Ivory Coast international is also a target for RB Leipzig.

Broja is the third option. After a difficult loan spell at Fulham, the Albanian international will return to Stamford Bridge this summer but he will once again be put on the market. Chelsea will be looking to sell the academy product to comply with Financial Fair Play and will be asking for €20m.
