Villa are planning for a tough 2025/26 season. The club aims to build a squad that can compete for silverware.

Redmond would boost their options up front. He fits into their strategy of signing young players with long-term value.

According to transfermarkt, the teenager is valued at around €400,000. However, Feyenoord will ask for a higher transfer fee.

Redmond’s age and experience at European level give him a unique profile. Villa believe he could develop well under Unai Emery.

Villa are also close to signing Sverre Nypan from Rosenberg. Negotiations are reportedly at an advanced stage.

With two exciting prospects on their wishlist, Villa are setting the tone for an ambitious summer window.
