Without a win in their last six matches, AJ Auxerre will be looking to get their season back on track when they host AS Saint-Étienne at the Stade de l’Abbé Deschamps on Friday night.
For the encounter, they must do without Gabriel Osho, who is serving a suspension after receiving a red card last week. However, there is sufficient cover in the back line to mitigate his absence with Christophe Pélissier likely to once again opt for a back five with Clément Akpa, Jubal, and Sinaly Diomandé occupying the central positions.
Auxerre will also have to do without influential midfielder Kévin Danois. The France youth international is out injured for this one. Burnley loanee Han-Noah Massengo will get a start, as will Lassine Sinayoko, who is set to get the nod ahead of Théo Bair.
