Barcelona legends send wishes to the club on 125th anniversary | OneFootball

It is a special day in Catalonia as Barcelona celebrates its 125th anniversary with festivities organised on the day.

The buildup for the event has been massive and the hype culminates in a mega-show at the prestigious Liceu Theatre tonight with several club legends, players and administrators present.

With the big day finally arriving, a number of Barcelona legends from recent decades have taken to their social media to congratulate their club and humbly express gratitude for the contributions they were able to make in its rich history.

Former Barcelona left-back and now Inter Miami defender Jordi Alba was one who took to his social media and said it was a “Great pride to be part of its great history by contributing a small grain of sand.”

Ronaldinho, who participated in the Barcelona Legends clash against Real Madrid Legends and even scored a stunning free-kick last night, also took to his X account.

Luis Suarez was also seen wishing the club on this special day on Instagram with the Blaugrana colours alongside Pedri Gonzalez, Inigo Martinez and club legend Andres Iniesta.
