Barcelona make contact for Juventus’ Federico Chiesa | OneFootball

Serie A giants Juventus seem rather set to sell Federico Chiesa this summer and there is now concrete interest from Barcelona in the winger.

Gianluca di Marzio has reported that after concrete interest from Chelsea, interest from Barcelona can also be confirmed. In fact, Chiesa’s agent Fali Ramadani has now been in touch with the Catalan giants and they are discussing the potential terms of an agreement.

The deal will only be possible, in this case, if Barcelona manage to reach an agreement with Juventus as no compensation fee will be paid by Juve.

It seems as if it was Ramadani who went forward with the contacts and as of now, interest from abroad is far more concrete than interest from Italian clubs, who perhaps can’t seem to afford the player’s wages. Milan definitely can’t and none of Napoli or Roma have come forward in a decisive manner either. Barcelona seem like a potential destination now.
