Barcelona’s stars refused to speak to Movistar, on the back of their side’s defeat at the hands of Las Palmas on Saturday.

Hansi Flick’s troops were of course back in action a short time ago, welcoming lowly Las Palmas to Catalunya’s capital for a La Liga clash.

When all was said and done on an afternoon to forget for the Blaugrana, they were put to the sword by two goals to one, Raphinha’s 2nd-half equaliser having proven itself to be little more than a consolation.

It should in turn come as little surprise to hear that Barca’s stars were left in altogether foul mood post-match…

Media commitments generally dictate that players from both sides speak in the immediate aftermath of the full-time whistle in La Liga fixtures.

As part of their coverage of the matchup on Spanish tv, however, Movistar announced on the back of proceedings being brought to a close at Montjuïc that no member of Hansi Flick’s squad would be coming forward to discuss the result…
