On matchday 20 of the ongoing 2024/25 Bundesliga season, Bayern Munich hosted relegation-threatened side Holstein Kiel at the Allianz Arena. Bayern started the game in typical fashion, against the visitors, by dominating possession from the get-go, but still being vulnerable on the counter-attack. The hosts went into the half-time break with a comfortable 2-0 lead, despite almost conceding twice themselves, thanks to goals from Jamal Musiala midway through the half and Harry Kane in first-half added time.
