Best Serie A Players Week 17: Roma duo equals De Ketelaere | OneFootball

Charles De Ketelaere inspired Atalanta’s 3-2 win over Empoli on Sunday and was the joint-best Serie A performer in the latest round, alongside Roma’s Alexis Saelemaekers and Paulo Dybala.

Another Serie A Round is in the history book, and Week 17 was dominated by strikers, wingers and goalkeepers.

As highlighted by Fantacalcio, De Ketelaere, Dybala, and Saelemaekers recorded the highest player rating from Italian sports papers in the latest round.

CDK scored twice for Atalanta and was the official Serie A Man of the Match.

Dybala also netted a brace and provided an assist in Roma’s 5-0 victory against Parma, but his teammate Saelemaekers equally impressed Italian reporters despite scoring just one goal at the Olimpico.

Other outstanding performers in Week 17 were goalkeepers Alex Meret (Napoli) and Filip Stankovic (Venezia), but also Bologna and Roma midfielders Tommaso Pobega and Leandro Paredes and Udinese star Florian Thauvin.
