Bournemouth manager Scott Parker admits Marcos Senesi endured a 'tough' first Premier League start against Arsenal.
After a brief cameo against Manchester City, the Argentina international centre-back started in a miserable 3-0 loss to the Gunners at Vitality Stadium.
When asked for his assessment of Senesi's first start for the club, Parker told the Daily Echo: "It was tough. I could've made loads of changes at half-time.
"So it was tough for Marcos. He's only been in here now for a couple of weeks, probably had not a lot of training time and the Premier League is unforgiving.
"There's no prep to understand how quick the league is, how physical the league is at times.
"I just felt the best thing was, in terms of changing it tactically as well, was to make that change."
