He is one of the most decorated coaches in football history, winning five Champions League titles and multiple domestic trophies.

Ancelotti was named FIFA Coach of the Year in 2024, further proving his credentials.

Jose Mourinho

Mourinho – also known as ‘The Special One’ – has an impressive record in club football.

He has won two Champions League titles and numerous domestic trophies while managing top European clubs.

The Fenerbache possesses the experience and mentality to transform the Selecao and has previously expressed his desire to lead the Brazilian national team.

Filipe Luis

The former Chelsea and Atletico Madrid defender is also in contention. Despite his young coaching career, he has already achieved notable success.

Luis began coaching Flamengo’s Under-17 team in January 2024 before taking charge of the Under-20 squad in June. Within a month, he guided them to victory in the Under-20 Intercontinental Cup.

He was appointed interim manager of Flamengo’s first team after Tite’s departure last September. He later secured the role permanently and has led the club to three trophies.

Jorge Jesus

Jorge Jesus, the current Al-Hilal manager, has a successful track record in Brazilian football.

He won the Copa Libertadores with Flamengo in 2019, establishing himself as a respected figure in South America.
