Stade Brestois 29's Uruguayan recruit Martin Satriano scored twice in the 5-1 Ligue 1 Uber Eats Round 24 win over ESTAC, making the absolute most of his first start for Michel Der Zakarian's side.

In the 5-1 win over ESTAC, Martin Satriano scored his first two goals in Ligue 1 Uber Eats, becoming the first player to score at least two goals on his first start in the top flight since Amine Gouiri with OGC Nice in August 2020 (two goals against Lens).

An historic double at Stade Brestois The Uruguayan striker also became the second-youngest Brest player to score a double in Ligue 1 Uber Eats (20 years and 358 days) after Yvon Le Roux against OM in May 1980 (20 years and 69 days). This was only Satriano's third appearance in the league, after appearances in the previous two games against LOSC (1 min) and Rennes (30 min). In total, the striker has played 94 minutes for 3 shots attempted, two of which were on target. With 100% of shots on target converted into goals, Satriano (SB29) joins 16 other players at the top of this efficiency ranking (with at least 2 goals). First Andrei Girotto (FCN) with five goals, then Adil Rami (ESTAC), Jason Denayer (OL), Sambou Soumano (FCL), Khéphren Thuram (OGCN), and Ander Herrera (PSG) on three and then ten players with two goals: Nicolas Cozza (MHSC) and Saïdou Sow (ASSE), Marco Verratti, Julian Draxler and Thilo Kehrer (PSG), Jean Onana and Jimmy Briand (FCGB), Hichem Boudaoui (OGCN), Benjamin André (LOSC) and Dimitri Liénard (RCSA). Best goals/attempted shots ratio in Ligue 1 Uber Eats (with at least 2 goals): 1. Adil Rami (ESTAC): 1 goal / 1.33 shots 2. Martin Satriano (SB29), Saïdou Sow (ASSE) and Nicolas Cozza (MHSC): 1.5 shots 5. Jason Denayer (OL): 1.67 shots 6. Thomas Mangani (SCO): 2.17 shots 7. Wissam Ben Yedder (ASM) and Verratti (PSG): 2.5 shots 9. Sambou Soumano (FCL): 2.67 shots 10. Alberth Elis (FCGB): 2.78 shots Kone and Bentaleb, a shot that hit the mark Two other players have done even better: Ibrahima Koné (FC Lorient) and Nabil Bentaleb (SCO), who have converted their only shots on target this season. Koné even found the net 39 seconds after coming on as a substitute against Lens (2-0, J23). (Photo: SB29.bzh)
