Out of the UEFA Champions League, Stade Brestois now turn their attention fully to Ligue 1 and on securing a European qualification for next season. They face RC Strasbourg Alsace on Sunday but will have to do without some key players.

For the trip to Alsace, Brest will be without centre-forward Ludovic Ajorque and winger Romain Del Castillo, as well as other creative players Romain Faivre and Ibrahim Salah. The latter may be out until the end of the campaign. It means that Eric Roy’s options are limited in the attacking areas.

Les Ty-Zéfs are expected to be deployed in their usual 4-3-3 shape with Abdallah Sima spearheading the attack and Mama Baldé and Mathias Pereira Lage playing on the wings. Roy is expected to play his favoured midfield trio of Mahdi Camara, Pierre Lees-Melou and Hugo Magnetti.
