Burnley have announced the signing of goalkeeper Bailey Peacock-Farrell from Leeds United for an undisclosed fee.
He adds strength in that area of the field for the Clarets, who sold Tom Heaton to Aston Villa this week.
The Irishman has penned a four-year contract at Turf Moor and has the option for a further season.
“I’m really happy to be here. A Premier League club is what you dream of when you are starting out so this is a massive honour,” Peacock-Farrell told the club’s official website.
“There’s massive competition here, but it was an opportunity I couldn’t turn down.
“The goalkeepers here are really good and two of them are England internationals. There’s something going on here that must be right.
“So to come here and be part of it, is something I’m really excited about.”
The 22-year-old adds competition between the posts for Nick Pope and Joe Hart.
