An injury-hit Bayern Munich side will host the treble-chasing Inter at the Allianz Arena in the first leg of the Champions League quarter finals on Tuesday night, as Simone Inzaghi and his team look to secure an advantage ahead of the return leg in San Siro next week.
Vincent Kompany will be without several key first-team players in Manuel Neuer, Dayot Upamecano, Hiroki Ito, Alphonso Davies, Kingsley Coman and Jamal Musiala, all of whom are out injured.

Inter are not without their own injury absences, but boast a relatively clean bill of health comparatively. Wing-back is an area of concern for the Nerazzurri: Carlos Augusto is expected to start over Federico Dimarco, who trained separately in the build-up, while Denzel Dumfries remains out, which likely means another start for Matteo Darmian.
Mehdi Taremi is also still out injured, which leaves Marko Arnautovic as the only reserve option for Lautaro Martinez and Marcus Thuram, as Joaquin Correa is not included on Inter’s Champions League squad list. Piotr Zielinski is also unavailable.
Still, Inzaghi’s first choice centre-backs, central midfielders and centre-forwards are all available and expected to start in Bavaria.
Kick-off is due at 20.00 GMT.
