The Rossoneri must cope without the injured Marco Sportiello, Alessandro Florenzi, Ismael Bennacer, and Malick Thiaw, while Luka Jovic hasn’t been included in their UEFA list.

Davide Calabria has returned to group training and is expected to start as a right-back in place of Emerson Royal.

Fikayo Tomori and Morata rested in Saturday’s 4-0 win over Venezia in Serie A but are expected to start against the Reds. The Spain international has made two appearances as a substitute since joining the Rossoneri last summer and will start for the first time tonight.

Tijjani Reijnders and Ruben Loftus-Cheek will swap positions during the match, so when one plays as an attacking midfielder, the other will drop into central midfield.

Italy international Chiesa is available for Liverpool and has been called up for the first time. However, the ex-Fiorentina and Juventus star is expected to start on the bench and could make his official debut with the Premier League giants as a substitute.
