The pressure continues to mount on Chivas after they failed to win at Monterrey despite playing with an extra man for over half an hour on Saturday.

It was a fairly uneventful affair at the Estadio BBVA until 11 minutes after the break.
Centre-back César Montes had just been cautioned and unwisely chose to get in referee Diego Montaño’s face to debate the decision. His punishment was swiftly upgraded to a red card.
Jesús Ricardo Angulo was the brightest performer for the visitors and had no hesitation in taking aim at the Rayados goal. However goalkeeper Esteban Andrada proved equal to the Chivas winger’s efforts.
The result leaves the Flock on a mere six points from their opening six games and languishing down in 12th place.
Monterrey have collected 10 points from the same amount of outings to leave themselves in fifth spot.
