City to face Manchester United in FA Cup semi-final | OneFootball

Manchester City will face Manchester United in the Adobe Women’s FA Cup semi-final, following today’s draw.

The Blues are aiming to win the trophy for a fourth time having previously won it in 2016/17, 2018/19 and 2019/20.

We reached the last-four with a 2-0 victory over Aston Villa on Sunday with Khadija ‘Bunny’ Shaw and Jess Park at the Joie Stadium after beating Ipswich and Leicester in the fourth and fifth round respectively.

United, meanwhile, reached the semi-final with a 3-1 victory over Championship side Sunderland at home on Saturday night 3-1.

The other game will be between Chelsea and Liverpool.

Chelsea won 1-0 against Crystal Palace, who are currently bottom of the Women’s Super League, while Liverpool secured their place in the semi-finals with a 1-0 win away at Arsenal.
